Membership begins with a Discovery Consultation — a brief conversation with one of our physicians to determine which tier aligns with your goals. From there, you complete the Founding Assessment, and your personalized protocol begins within two weeks.
A comprehensive full-day diagnostic program at the AURUM Institute. This includes a whole-body MRI, 100+ biomarker blood panel, whole genome sequencing, epigenetic age testing, cognitive function battery, and a one-hour physician consultation to design your initial protocol.
Yes. Members can upgrade at any point during their annual cycle. Your physician will help determine the right timing based on your current protocol and goals. The price difference is prorated for the remainder of your membership year.
Absolutely. All member data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in HIPAA-aligned infrastructure, and accessible only to your designated care team. We never share, sell, or use your data for any purpose beyond your care. You can request full data deletion at any time.
AURUM operates outside the insurance model. This allows us to focus on preventive and precision medicine without the constraints of insurance-driven care. Many members use HSA/FSA funds or submit receipts for potential reimbursement depending on their plan.
The Concierge tier includes one additional family member extension. For Core and Precision members, family members can join under their own membership with a preferred enrollment pathway and scheduling priority.
